This year’s 16th roundtable will take us to St.Gallen on the 9th and 10th of December 2019 and will be generously hosted by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs with the support of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Terra Firma Associates, Agenda Consulting and Devex.
As with previous roundtables, to take advantage of the large numbers of international organizations present in St.Gallen, a career fair on the 11th of December will be open to all participating multi-lateral organizations. In addition, a welcome cocktail reception to launch the roundtable will be held on the evening of the 8th December. In keeping with tradition, there will be no registration fees for those events. The dinner will also be provided and covered by the generous Swiss FDFA.
As always, the Roundtable organizers encourage you to share interesting and innovative initiatives you have been working on in the area of career development and talent management by contributing to the clinics, especially those with a strong link to the 2019 theme. We strive to present a balanced programme, with a healthy mix of contributions from the UN, EU, IFIs, the private sector, and academia and would encourage you to send suggestions for clinics to Michael Emery and Rafael Trejo
